While I realize I did not have an appointment, they were more interested in the bride who came in after me who also did not have an appointment and they offered to let us look, but we were not allowed in the wedding dress section and we only knew this because we overheard a consultant telling another bride this. I will not be back.
Maple shade davids bridal was awful. They have no idea what they are doing in there. We asked that all of the dresses to be shipped, then they called each of my bridesmaids and told them they need to get their dresses. One of my bridesmaids was in another wedding, and went to go get her dress and the dress for my wedding was ready but they told her they were "too busy" to give her a call. They sold me the wrong size dress after I was assured it could be altered with no problem. The store manager basically called my mom a liar and said her consultants would never sell the wrong size dress until my mom showed her pictures. That would be when the store manager said I should of never been sold the size I was or promised it could be altered. The Terre Haute location is absolutely awful. They are very rude and treat each customer different. I have never had a good experience with them.
I have delt with davids for prior wedding but this time its my own the first girl that was helping us was awsome!! Super helpful! Chose dresses she thought id like and asked me what i liked and then she stopped helping us to help another person and we got another young lady that wasnt much help every dress i showed her they didnt have and she wasnt giving me idea on similar stuff to what i was liking she just stood there and kept telling me they didnt have that and i had to order it if i wanted to see it
I purchased my mother of the brides dress from the Appleton store and was very pleased with my service at that store. The alterations department even came out to discuss the alterations I wanted done. This was a long dress and because of what I am doing during the wedding, I asked if the dress could be shortened to mid calf. I was told yes, so I bought the dress. I very disappointed that a bridal place doesn't have intimate wear / bustier or under garment whichever word you wish to use for girls that are DD. What's the point of only having stuff for only smaller chest women. Then recommend kohls?! Really? Not returning, not even for my own wedding.
Worst customer service ever!. Be aware of what they offer you when you open up their credit card!. Got sucked into opening it because they were offering "no finance charge" for six months. That is a lie!!. Also my dress had holes when picked up and they wanted to charge me even MORE to repair it when it wasn't even my fault. Like I said be very careful ladies, what's supposed to be a beautiful experience has turned into a nightmare.
