From the greeting at the door my entire experience was exceptional.The stylish was professional and courteous.The selections were extensive and the prices were affordable.I would rate my experience excellent.

in the last week Highly disappointing.. I would not recommend.. At my hour and a half long appointment I got to try on two dresses... The stylist, Sandra, left me standing by myself upfront with the book for 25 minutes. She wasn't personable and was rushing me once she did finally come up front. She quickly grabbed three dresses after barely looking at the ones I marked in the book. Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes before anyone even said hello, btw it was the middle of the week and they were not busy I had to ask for assistance. I had to keep asking for help with the dress and every time I turned around the person was gone. Give your money to a company that appreciates their customers not ignores them
I won't return. Got my daughters flower girl dress there and I was disgusted in its condition when I got it home. It was omelet wrinkled and poorly made. The neck won't lay flat and I've already had it professionally steamed, now I'll need a seamstress to fix the neck.
even with an appointment fir a bides maid dress, the sales person took a full bridal party and gave my wife a cold shoulder. if they work on commission i can understand moving on the bigger sale, but still no excuse. awful experience. it is a shame the bride wanted us to go here.
Paid $60 to alter an already $150 dress and they make you pay before it's even done then I get my dress it's completely uneven. They fixed it to match but it ended up way shorter than it should have been you shouldn't have to pay until it's actually done!
I had a good experience while picking out my dress and Nicole was very helpful. However, when I went back to get my alterations done, it started off very badly. I went into the alterations room and went to put on my shoes and stepped on a pin needle! The needle went almost an inch into my foot. I looked around and realized there were numerous needles all over the floor and was appalled that no one would take the time to clean up these needles after each appointment. Our experience at the Hamilton location. Our stylist Joanna was extremely elusive and not helpful at all. She seldom was around with us at our appointment. One bridesmaid was in tears and Joanna was extremely rude. Upon bringing this to the manager, Chantelles attention she told me that this stylist has a 5 star rating and hung up the phone.
