I went today to pick out and order my maid of honor dress for my best friends wedding and also to look at bridesmaid dresses for my own wedding.. they were helpful in getting me the dresses I needed in a timely manor and helped me w what I was looking for but it got very busy in there and management assigns multiple customers to one stylist so she couldn't be there for each dress I tried in and I only tried on 4 of them which wasn't the stylists fault she was great they should just have more stylists in hand so the customers... read more
First, the service while checking out was terrible. Employees asked for the managers assistance with ringing me up, and she just shrugged it off. I ended up standing there for about 30 minutes while they rang other people up as I'm standing at the counter waiting to pay. I had also paid for alterations, which I had to wait a month to get done (that's probably normal) but upon receiving my dress, my breast cups were sewn in incorrectly. The staff of David's bridal are awesome, but the prices for the alterations are ridiculous! I will never use them again ! The alterations cost more than my dress!
This David's bridal is terrible. The alterations department is so unorganized and they screwed up my dress 2 weeks before my wedding. Do not get your alterations done here, they are terribly over priced!
The staff is rude, we were looking for dresses and the clerk cleared the rack we were looking through. You can't just walk in and look at dresses to buy last minute without an appointment. I'm sure they've lost a lot of business.
I went on a Monday with a bridesmaid to look for bridesmaid dresses. I made an appointment and the girl could careless about us. She didn't recommend any dresses, barely wanted to get dresses for us, took dresses away and put them back before we were done, and told me she uploaded my favorite ones to my account but they never showed. Plus the sales girl did not comment one way or another about the dresses and was pretty much over helping us as soon as she found out we were there for bridesmaid dresses. Our sales rep was very uninterested in helping us and more worried about fixing her hair. She then didn't tell us until the end that the color we wanted wasn't available in any of the lace dresses. Horrible experience.
