Never ever go to Davids Bridal for anything! I've had the worst experience there while going through the adventure of finding my dress. First trip, horrible (in April) The lady who was suppose to help, didn't at all. She didn't ask questions like what I am looking for, price range or anything like that. I was very disappointed with my first experience I had at David’s Bridal 8/15/17. The store manager was rude. I came in to pick up two dress that were paid for already and to find a strapless bra to wear under my maid of honor dress. The stylist got my zipper jammed. I believe after the 4th bra fitting my stylist was getting tried and did not take the time to properly zip up my dress. Rebecca at the Ray road store is Amazing went completely out of her way to help me. Alyssa at the camelback store also amazing she too went out of her way to help me. Thank you both for such outstanding service.
My daughter and I checked in was given one consultant. She kept getting called away, when several other were just standing around.
Went with a friend to look at dresses. Not one single sales associate asked if we needed help or offered any kind of assistance. Should have went to the bridal boutique instead. Will definitely not recommend this store to anyone.
So obviously I didn't shop there but my fiancé did and all of her girls. She purchased her dress and shoes there along with her bridesmaids. The issue here is with the shoes. There wasn't a pair exactly like she wanted so she had to be fitted by one of the staff. When the shoes were ordered they were dyed. After paying for them and having them dyed, when they show up...they're too small! First she was told they couldn't be returned because they were dyed. The customer service is excellent. However, if you are a plus size girl who is pregnant, they have NOTHING for you to try on in store. They have a pretend pregnancy pillow which doesn't fit around someone larger than a size 14 that you can use to help assist with that a dress may look like. In fact, looking online David's Bridal maternity dresses do not go past a size 18. Really? So larger ladies don't have babies? Worst place ever!!!!!!,! Nothing like a snotty sales rep discriminating against a heavy set lady...... and down grading her I will never take my business there again .... and I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this situation........
