I was not happy with the service I received- I booked my appointment with a consultant and had to wait 1/2 hour for her to get me a room and then my mom was picking out my dresses- we never had any help, I ended up finding a dress on my own and bought it but overall bad experience- what is the point of booking if they are too long with other brides and don't have time !!!!!

Horrible customer service. All of the employees are rude and nasty. They do not care to accommodate the customer at all. The only one who does anything to help was Denise. She was amazing and sweet. The rest of the staff is horrible. Was told to get fitted 2 months before my wedding and to call a week in advance to make an appointment. No appointments were available and the responses i got were absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed at how they deal with their customers. Never going back there. The Riverside location was horrible!!! Shannon is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. While it was somewhat of a positive visit in the fact that I found my dress, she didn't listen to anything I asked for and in fact when my mom asked for me to try on certain dresses she had the audacity to tell my mom who is paying for it, that's not my style... she has known me for 10 minutes. Already had one bad experience here with my friend when it came to wedding dress shopping.. the lady helping had made a weight comment to her.. but I decided I'd put it in the past and try it out for myself this past weekend trying to get my wedding dress.. as pleasant as wedding dress shopping is suppose to be it was far from it! I started typing out my experience and realized it was way too long; this is the short version. Me and my besties (college girls) walked into the store not having a clue how dress shopping works. The ladies at the desk in front of the door were very condescending. We looked around a little bit and asked if we could try on a couple dresses; we were told we'd have to make an appointment. I did not have a great experience at this David's Bridal location to say the least. I made an appointment well in advance, and when I arrived I had to wait. I was told I would be paired with one stylist, then after waiting, was told I would be paired with a different stylist, who already had another bride and bridal party to attend to. As a result, I was constantly waiting for her to help me, and she was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience! No service provided thank goodness we had an idea of what we wanted for bridesmaids dresses because the consultant was of no help to us. Mad that we even bought the dresses there just because it was convenient.
