My bridesmaid and I walked in yesterday without an appointment, we picked out a dress online and just wanted her to try it on in store so we knew what size to order with the other girls. The greeter told us she didn't have a consultant for us, kind of snobby-like, and I told her I understood but we didn't need one since we knew what dress we needed. They weren't attentive to the notes so ordered the wrong bridesmaid dress. They weren't very helpful and hung up on the bride when she called for clarification 🤦🏾♀️
Our first consultant, while helpful, was showing us dresses that could not be ordered in time for the wedding. The wedding date was asked several times and was in writing on her papers. Once all the bridesmaids dresses were decided on, I asked one more time if our dresses could be ordered on time(to our new consultant because the other girls shift ended). I will never ever return to davids Bridal by north lake mall for anything!!! The front desk girls never even greeted me. I went to shoes section, had two people who worked their walk pass me. Then I got my shoes waited at the front for my turn to check out. The girl had another group walk right in front of me. While I had been waiting my turn to check out. Went in to pick a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. Sales associate was helpful, and helped us pick a dress that fit well for the occasion. Placed my order and PAID IN FULL. A few weeks later on a Saturday, I get a call saying that my dress had come in and that I had 7 days to pick it up. I don't know if they expect you to drop all your appointments and plans for the week and drive over ASAP to get your dress, but I was planning on picking it up the following Saturday. 7 days from when they called so I should be ok, ... read more
