Every time I go in to this store there is another problem!! The sales people no nothing about the dress or fitting people. Tried to get my shoes they did not check the boxes out of the six boxes no of the shoes were the right ones and they were the wrong size and different sizes in every box. When I went to pick my dress up the first time I tried it on it was ripped and they sales lady was fighting with telling me that I did then she ripped it even more while I was in the dress. This was my second time. First was better. She wasn't super helpful and I had to go looking for her twice for help.
The bride received multiple phone calls from separate employees changing appt dates from 8/11 to 8/10. Went to the appt on 8/10 and the dress was not even completed for final fitting. Mind you the sky rocket prices for alterations are paid for upfront. With the amount being paid for alterations the dress should be altered by the date provided. The lack of communication between the employees and the organization of the alteration department is completely negligent. This should be a good experience for the bride and not a stre... read more
Do you really leave wedding dresses on the customers doorstep if they are not home when delivered ???????
I ordered my bridesmaid dress April 1st and they told me it would be about 2 months for my dress to come in. Well, by this time it's July and all the other girls in the wedding party have their dresses. So I called Davids Bridal...they have no record of my dress. ARE YOU KIDDING. I had the receipt still, thank goodness. The manager (super nice) tired for 2 weeks to "locate" my dress. She kindly let me me know I wouldn't be able to get the dress I ordered in time for the wedding and I have the option to wear a different style... read more
Ms. RINA was awesome. She was so sweet and patient that I appreciated I was able to say yes to the dress. When I went to pick up my dress, for some reason it was shipped to the Massapequa store. I live in Queens and to make a trip to Westbury to find out they shipped it to the wrong location, put a damper on my excitement. The other women that worked in the store tried to blame me that I made the order online or I must have requested it to ship to a store further away. Why? They couldn't even compensate me for a wasted... read more
I was not happy because the lady at desk was rude..and they didn't have no dresses with detachable trains
