Had the worst experience with my daughter's flower girl dress! I was not allowed to order the size I wanted and now had to pay to have dress altered. Its obvious your sales team only cares about the bridal dress. The commission isn't worth the time for anything else.
My fiance went there and got her dress got fitted for her dresss. Went to pick it and it was not ready and there was a blue stain on it instead of helping her out Amy a worker in the Wilkes-Barre store was very nasty and Bitchie. We finally got her dress out of there and dropped it off to a local tailor shop in Kingston PA name Olympic tailor shop. Overall, a positive experience. The person who helped us, Casie, was friendly and helpful. It is important to keep in mind however that your attendant will be helping more than just your group and so sometimes they can be tricky to track down. She did a great job helping us with colour selection and made sure we knew what gowns were available in each colour. While you aren't going to have a VIP boutique experience with champagne and tons of one on one attention, it is still a good experience.
2 of my 5 bridesmaids went to Davids Bridal with me today to look for their dresses and we would have been better off going to a department store. My "stylist", Alax, was as helpful as a cardboard box. When she was around, she spent the majority of the time sitting in a chair watching my mom and I zip and button all of the dresses my bridesmaids tried on. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!
I worked with David's Bridal in Canton, Ohio along with College Station, TX - and overall am not impressed. 3 stars for overall from me. :| Only slightly above average dress designs, overpriced, and didn't get any help picking out shoes and accessories, or bridesmaids gowns. Alterations lady was great however!
I bought my wedding dress at the Sunrise location and had a great experience, but unfortunately for my bridesmaids they did not have the same experience as I did. We made an appointment MONTHS prior and when we got there yesterday at the Altamonte Mall location it was a nightmare. When we got there I felt like my girls and I instantly got judged.
