This place is the most unorganized place ever. Idk why the make it so nice & fancy if the staff is rude and they suck & they do not give you any attention. I've been in there twice & both times they acted the same. I didn't even take my dress back for alterations I took it somewhere else just to not deal with these people. My future sister-in-law's bridesmaids dresses were first ordered in the wrong color. Then one of the bridesmaids dresses was never ordered. After the bride spoke with an associate on the phone to reorder the dress they STILL did not place the order. The bridesmaid & bride discovered this as the bridesmaid was calling to see when she could pick up her dress that should've been ready by now. They double booked our appointment (which I am told by the manager is "what they do"). We had to track the girl down and ask her if she could measure our bridesmaids. She was very rude and short with us. She was wrong on every sizing once the girls started trying on dresses. We had to go get our own dresses, and help ourselves to fitting rooms. I ordered a dress from the factory months ago knowing I would probably need alterations. The woman I spoke to in that department was I incredibly rude, condescending, and argumentative. I called yesterday to see if my dress was in and whoever I spoke with assured me that my dress was still in DC and though it was late would be there. I went shopping with my bridesmaids back in April. I already knew what I wanted and got it. My bridesmaids tried on the style dress we picked out. One of my bridesmaids is a plus size. They made her feel as though since she is big that they would not be able to get it to fit. They made her order 3 sizes bigger, she only needed one or 2 sizes bigger. I wish I could give a zero, $155 for alterations when the dress was $190.......measurements are obviously wrong, told me on the phone they could refund my money, mail it to my house and I can take it somewhere else, nice. Told them from my first fitting that the measurements were wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! Either they can't read or I had someone else's dress on. �
Associate was very rude. Commenting on my age and size. Found beautiful dress though.
