So I'm in my soon to be sister in laws wedding that is in October, we go buy all the perfect bridesmaid dresses for the wedding. Welllll, I called & got told that we have to pay for out alterations for our dresses after we were told that they were FREE as long as you buy the dresses from them. Well therefore that was a LIE. Then while shopping for our dresses that we had an appointment for they made 6 girls share 2 dressing rooms to try on multiple dresses! I will not recommend this place at all.
They ordered the wrong dress for my sister then said they didn't have time to order the right one (still had 5 months until the wedding). Didn't make fixing THEIR own mistake a priority. Instead gave my sister the right dress but 3 sizes too big (probably so they didn't have to purchase another dress, the dress that she wanted and paid for!) They did give a discount on alterations but we wouldn't have had to do as many alterations if we had the right dress and the right size that she ordered in the first place!
When I first walked in the ladies at the front dress just looked at me. I did find a beautiful dress on my own. Not sure if I would return.
So I wrote a great review when I bought the dress... fast forward to when I go to pick up my dress... huge bridal party was there and they didn't even have room to let me try on my dress I had to sit and wait forever, whatever it happens but today I go to my alteration... I was told upon purchasing the dress the alterations were free, I live an hour away I would have gotten my dress altered closer to home if it wasn't free... well it cost me over $250 AND I didn't want my train but they said "corporate doesn't allow that." Lamentablemente....nos recibieron haciendo malas caras x q eramos alrededor d 6 personas acompañando a la novia.....y la q atendió a la novia para estarce probando los vestidos...no era como muy paciente....pero lo q mas me incomodo fue q nos hicieran cara d fuchi....no c si fue x el numero d personas q hibamos ho x q no eramos anglosajonas.�� Haaaa y la variedad en vestidos para novias no era mucha.
I did not want to go to social media about Davids Bridal Wolfchase, but when their customer service even tells you they will get back with you within 24 hours and it's been 4 days and haven't heard a word I think it's deserving! I've had several bad experiences with this location! 1st no one smiles or try's to make you feel special the girl helping me hardly helped the 1st words out of her mouth were "well we don't have that so what else". I had a great time! All the ladie were MORE than accommodating! They did everything in their power to get me my PERFECT wedding dress!! Ladies, it doesn't matter if your big, they will do what they have do to make you feel GORGEOUS!
