David's Bridal in Columbia SC is awful. I couldn't even get the consultant to zip my dress. They lady at the front was the only nice one in the store and helped me zip my dress. Ended up putting my own dresses back and leaving. Consultant probably hasn't even noticed I left.
Your customer service is TERRIBLE! Twice you have canceled an order with out telling me! Twice I have had to reach out to you guys about an order and both times you tell me you had to cancel due to stock issues. Again, both times you failed to tell me. My best friends wedding is next month and I ordered this dress 2 months ago! You took my $$ but where is the dress? Well just found out you canceled my order with out reaching out me! It was ok. I got my dress from another store but my bridesmaids got their dresses. They are great dresses. I hate how expensive it is to get a dress altered
What terrible customer service. Tried to get a flower girl dress and no one would help. Was I supposed to make an appointment for this? Seems like overkill. Just wanted at least SOMEONE to be available. Davids bridal always has such terrible customer service.
If I could give davids bridal 0 stars I would. To start off, my best friend was being proactive in the wedding planning process and decided to have us get our dresses ordered more than six months before the wedding in case we had an alteration. A couple weeks ago we all met up at David's bridal and found a gorgeous dress that we all fell in love with. We decided then to place the order. They were very unhelpful with the altering of the dress or positively helping with questions asked; and they didn't have the correct size for the order.
