Not just is this place a joke to purchase from, it is a joke to work for. The manager can hire someone for a position, have them come in to do their paperwork and give them a schedule... 24 hours later, a different person calls to say they are on a hiring freeze and the person hired doesn't have a job. Way to go morons. Good to know they have no idea how to run a business.

When you are shopping for your dress people are generally nice. This is mainly due to the fact that the sylists getting a commission. However, once you purchase your dress it is all down hill. When my dress came in they demanded that I pick it up within 3 days, I work full time and tried to explain that I couldn't make it till the weekend. The person on the phone rudely informed me that I signed an agreement that if I did not pick up the dress immediately then they would not store it. Really? Overall the experience I had at David's Bridal in Langley was a good one. The one thing that wasn't so positive for me was in the fittings I felt a bit rushed by the seamstress and I felt as though I was a bit of an inconvenience to them right from the moment I first stepped out of the dressing room. Only the seamstresses made me feel this way! The rest of the ladies that work there were really nice.
Totalmente agradecida con el lugar, tuve una excelente atención y encontré el vestido de mis sueños. La persona que me atendió, María, supo leer mis gustos y estuvo con nosotros todo el tiempo que necesité con mucho ánimo y paciencia. Realmente hizo de ese día una experiencia inolvidable.
I honestly think their policy is to be nice to the customer until they hook you. After they are paid, they don't treat you with any kind of courtesy. In fact, they can be downright rude. It's a shame Bellisima is going out of business, as they have far more customer service skills than this 'business'.
I gotta be honest my first time in the store same day I put my gown on lay away. They young lady that helped us I felt bad for. the rest of the chic's were snotty. The day I went to pay my dress off the chic who rang me up wasn't very nice to me at all. She told me they wouldn't steam my dress if I didn't get my alterations done there (which I could careless).
