I'm not sure if she was new or just having a bad day but I wouldn't recommend her. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were very nice but once my assigned stylist came out, I didn't even know she was my stylist, she just made eye contact and asked me if I needed help with dresses. The first time I went to David's Bridal my fiancée and I had an awesome experience thanks to Paris. What made me give them one star which is more than what they should get is my second visit. I came with my bridal party expecting to look at gowns and find my dream dress that was not the case at all we were greeted and waited for a stylist to finish and be free to help once she got there to us she did nothing of the sort. Do not get your dresses through David's Bridal! I went with my sister (the bride) and the other bridesmaids to find dresses. The consultant was absent most of the appointment and showed up only at the end to remind us we were almost out of time. I asked the girl how long it typically takes for dresses to come in, one style in particular and she told me 6 to 8 weeks. Was completely ignored while lots of available associates didn't assist
worst experience ever! i cant even put to words how bad it was i give them a 1 star because there's no 1/2 star. if you want your moment of finding your dress to be special DONT GO THERE!
Our first trip was terrible we decided to go to another location for a second try. Our sales woman was wonderful. I said yes to a dress I had found on the website. The only disappointment we I was miss quoted the price. So need less to say I was disappointed when I had to pay hundreds more then what I thought when I said yes.
