the service was just ok. the sales lady did not really want to take pics of me in the dress, and when she did she would only take 1 and quickly so they were blurry. I did not have friends or family with me and they were waiting at home to see the pics. the service was not that great.
Consultant was friendly and helpful but you really shouldn't double book someone. It was not ideal to split our time with another bridal party.
I bought a great dress but the experience was terrible. Our consultant was simply mean and had no manners. She said things like "that's not my problem", "I dont know the price of hemming because I dont work there" and left us alone most of the time. it was a sad experience but fortunately I was with a friend who helped me get dressed and reassured me the dress I chose was great.
I will NEVER step foot in a David's Bridal shop again. We were treated so poorly and with NO compassion for our situation. I live in Redding, Ca and was meeting my daughter ( from Monterey, Ca) in the Modesto area, to find a wedding dress because the family dress she had planned on wearing had been ruined in an attempt to alter. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the service provided by my attendant! His name is Nick, and he is possibly the rudest attendant I have come acrossed in the wedding industry. Very pushy, wouldn't give me time to look through dresses (even through I was supposed to do that exact thing) constantly looking at his watch as if my presence was a complete waste of his time! There customers service was not good at all. No one asked if we needed help or even looked our way. Not a good experience.
For those of you getting married/planning to get hitched! Do not go to #DavidsBridal! We have had nothing but trouble. First they were very unprofessional and announced our sizes in front of everyone (they told me I was a size 12 based off of my measurements...I'm a size 6). I found my wedding dress which was 500$ but when I went to go down to my correct size, the same dress, they tried to charge me 600$ bc that's what that tag said and it wasn't until my mom threw a fit they agreed to 500$.
