If this review was based only on the service I received from Kendrah it would be 5 stars. She was so helpful, kind and considerate to me and every other client she came across. She made an overwhelming experience very relaxing and fun. Unfortunately most of the sale or clearance dresses I found on the DB app were not available to try on. I was not too impressed with my consultation. I spent the first ten minutes wondering with no idea what to do and then I feel like they were overbooked and she kept disappearing and my family had to help me out of my dress. I don't feel it was the experience I expected. But on a positive note I found my dress despite the experience.
I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance, it was my very first dress appointment after getting engaged in April. When I arrived my paperwork was shuffled around for 10 minutes before someone came to say hello or get anything started. The girl I worked with had NONE of the information I had taken time to fill out online, had no idea how to measure me, and brought me the wrong sized undergarments twice- which really doesn't feel great. I had the worst experience at this David's Bridal today. I made my appointment well in advance to come try on wedding dresses. I had a consultant named Madison who only asked me my budget and what I wanted, no specific style or vision. She was not helpful at all and only showed me dresses from a little book. My bridesmaids ended up doing all of the work, putting gowns away in their garment bags, getting dresses off of the floor that I could try on, and zipping me up. My experience with Davids bridal was awful. I am a pregnant bridesmaid and the wedding is out of state. When I went in store to order the dress, they advised that the dress would arrive on time and that I should come in a few weeks before the wedding to have the dress altered. They say first impressions are everything, that being said we drove 45 from Hesperia to Ontario so my pregnant daughter and I needed to use the restrooms. The restrooms were filthy the toilets disgusting and no soap in one of the two restrooms and it was 10:30 am. I had a bridal party appointment to look for bridesmaids dresses earlier today. It was overall disappointing. We arrived and started talking to our consultant, and told her the numbers of the dresses we liked online and would like to see, she went to look and another woman comes and says she's now our consultant. Fine, we then explain again what we're interested in, give her our event date, etc. And she starts pulling, and keeps trying to push styles we said we weren't interested in on us. Left me in the dressing room half dressed and never came back to help. Never mind that the store has received thousands of dollars from me between my wedding, special occassion, and bridal party dresses. Thank you for your HORRIBLE customer service. 👏🏽
I spent $150.00 On a dress at the time the associate told me the ziper was damaged on the trail because so many people try them on. 30 min before pictures at the wedding the zipper on my dress would not go past the waistband. We tried everything, finally had to destroy the dress and get sewn into It! Huge waste of money, very disappointed.
