I was not impressed with this place. My daughter was looking for a wedding dress, and the salesperson was just not interested in making a sale. Fortunately, she found the perfect dress the next day at another place that had outstanding customer service!
Not what I expected at all! Will not recommend this place to anyone. Basically when my dress came in they called and said I had to come in right away to get the dress, because they had no room to store it. Then when I went in they handed the dress and said by. Never offered me a chance to look at it, never said when to call make appointment for alterations. So I finally called went in and the women never introduced herself just told me stand their I will pin it. So rude alterations crew!
I ordered my wedding dress and was told if I got it shipped to my mom's house it would come in a box, had to be signed for, and would receive an email when it was shipped. Well when I opened my front door this morning, my wedding dress was laying laying on my front porch. My wedding dress was delivered with no notification (even though the store insists that they sent me an email), wadded up in a plastic bag inside of a shipping bag, not in the garment bag I paid extra for, not to the correct address (I wanted my dress deliv... read more
When we first came into the store we were welcomed by Rachael and we loved her, she was really trying her best to help us, then we had a lady named Julie and she told our bride she wasn't able to try on ANY dresses, and she rushed us to leave, she made comments because our bride found dresses for the bridesmaids but not for herself, I was very upset about Julie. I had the WORST experience there and ended up crying during my appointment. People thought I was crying because I liked the dress I was in...little did they know I was pissed off beyond belief! I got there 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, was FINALLY taken back 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start because "they were running behind." I have had the worst experience here. I hate Davids Bridal. I wouldn't refer the devil here. Everything about my experience was disgustingly horrible. Please read on.... I have to say they didn't spend very much time with me at all ! And I picked my own dresses ! Tried everything on myself. It was definitely not what I was hoping for 😢
Careful when dealing with this company. My wife bought her wedding dress at the beginning of the year. A month before the wedding the dress was supposed to be delivered, instead we were told it won't be ready in time for the wedding. I would go with a company that can actually get dresses for your special date, or notify you ahead of time they can't produce so you have time to look for something else.
