The ladies are very rude except for one Dominique is a jewel. If It wasn't for her sweet smile I would not be coming back. You need more employees like her.
Manager was very rude ! Not a pleasant experience
This was my second place I had gone to to try on wedding dress's, the service was ok the consultant helping me was busy helping with other brides even though I had made an appointment. They have a big range of sizes and price ranges which is great, but my cousin and aunts who were with me helped me put on most of the dress's, not the consultant, the consultant also wasn't that helpful in telling me the detail of the dress's ( like if some of the tool on the bottom could be taken out, or if you could add to a dress etc. ) The... read more
The alterations department ladies were wonderful, and the sales lady that helped my daughter find a veil at her final fitting was wonderful. The sales lady that "helped" the day we purchased the dress was anything but wonderful. Earlier in the day we had visited other shops to try dresses. The sales ladies helped her into the dresses, clipped them up to show how they would look after alterations, were pleasant and helpful. The sales lady here was their exact opposite. I will never recommend this place to any bride to be. Some of the associates there are rude and unprofessional. My first time going I picked out my wedding dress and when it was time for my alterations, they ordered the wrong size I had to pick out a different dress. The consultant that they gave me never picked out dresses for the bride and she didn't know what to do. Stuck up snobby and tried to cheat us out of a refund. Thank goodness I had the lay away agreement with us! Alerations dept. Not too good. 158.00 veil is cheap and raveling. I had an appointment yesterday for my bridesmaids to try on some dresses at your Middletown location. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the lack of customer service we were given. This happened yesterday and I don't even know the manager's name. My future mother in law bought a dress online. We originally came in to see if it could get altered. Earlier, my future in law tried the dress on to show me and my soon to be cousin. The dress has defects. The material has a pattern that would be hard to fix.
