Went to the store at train yards in ottawa, from the seconds we walked in it was horrible! I was there to buy a flower girl dress and shoes for my daughter as she apart of my nieces bridal party! No one said hi or anything found the flower girls dresses not a big selection, ask the girl that was at the front desk if that is the only dresses they have she said yes and don't ask any questions than ask if there was a booklet to find more she then proceeded to get me an iPad and looked for myself she just left and said nothing!... read more
Customer Service sucked today. After work I went to pick up an order and was made to feel less important than the customer behind me. I waited in line 10 minutes and the customer behind was waited on before me. I left because I was so frustrated I didn't want to say the wrong thing. I will attempt another time to retrieve my order and I hope the service is better.
Went here for bridesmaid dresses for a same sex wedding....the staff was a bit confused at first trying to figure it out in their computer. Also our consultant was nice but had two appointments working at the same time. They also told us that the dress size to try on would be one size up from pant size because the dress ran small but those size dress we're way too big.
Went to David's in Lake Grove while on vacation visiting family in NY. Aimee was amazing and chose the dress I bought based on what I liked on previous dresses tried on. Aimee also sent a handwritten thank you note including details specifically about my wedding. My experience was a pleasant surprise as I was hesitant about going to David's after a past experience near my home in VA. I wish I could come back and see Aimee to buy the rest of the accessories I need. Great job Aimee E!!!!!
I went to the ABQ David's Bridal and my experience was ok. We had an appointment but no one helped us. My bridesmaids found two dresses they really liked. We ended up purchasing one of the dresses but the other dress wasn't available in store in her size. After we inquired about ordering the correct size she said, " Good thing you guys came in today, because only if you order within the next 12 hours you will get the dress before your 11/11 wedding," (we visited on 7/17). Massive multiple screw ups of a friend's wedding dress. It still isnt done with less than 5 days to go before she gets married. I will not be getting my dress from here for my wedding, and nobody else will either if they know what's best.
I was there on time for my appointment. I was never approached by a stylist in. They told us to pick out dresses and that they would be right with us. That never happen. The stylus that was supposed to be with me kept working with her bride and giving my party dirty looks. Not happy at all with this place.
