J'ai acheté une robe de mariage et quand j'ai reçu ma robe ils m'ont donné la robe dans un sac en plastique transparent, en plus j'ai dû faire une réparation à ma robe et ils m'ont demandé 300 et plus pour çà... Je pense qu'ils ont exagéré avec les prix... je ne comprends pas pourquoi si j'ai acheté ma robe dans le magasin en plis chère je dois payer si chère pour une reparation. Est-ce que C'est normal. ?? I only had one issue today while trying on my wedding dress. The associate hardly paid any attention to me. It kind of pissed me off. Good thing I had my sister with me. She had to help me into all of my dresses. 😒 not very happy bride here.

Really? I spend a ton of money and when I come pick up my bride's maid dress it is wrinkled, it looks like it has been stored for 6 months in a ball, the pleats are no longer there and one side of the front is misshapen and now folded over. I wouldn't have given you guys even one star! This is an acceptable way to present a long awaited, expensive dress? I have included pics in the comments. I would walk down the aisle naked before I ever spend another dime with you guys!!!!
I had Bryan and it was fine until I wanted to actually purchase the dress and then he really rushed me. I have never bought a bridesmaid dress before so I had some questions but I had no time. The size of the dress was concerning for me but I didn't get clear help on that.
