Well where to start. Love the store but customer service is really bad. I walked in today, and even though 3 different associates looked me in the eye, not ONE of them greeted me, asked me if I needed help or smiled. Little do they know I had the cash ready to buy a dress but the way I was treated today changed my mind and will be taking my business elsewhere. Just because someone isn't dressed like they don't have money doesn't mean they don't. Ladies, don't be fooled by looks.
My experience with David's Bridal was awesome !! Enisha H was my consultant an she was excellent ! She made my experience at David's Bridal all it needed to be . I found my beautiful wedding gown and my bridesmaid gowns . Thank you Enisha for a awesome experience !!
I am so very disappointed and embarrassed. My trip to the David's bridal at 4520 San Felipe St #100, Houston, TX 77027 was a tragedy. I arrived for an alteration appointment and left out in tears. The alterations manager (Sarah) was the most disrespectful manager I have ever encountered. Sarah constructed my alterations appointment and when she was all finish with the pinning she tells me I owe 400.00 ( for taking in sides, hemming and a 50.00 simple bustle) *beyond ridiculous* so I ask her .. It was way too small and to many people and there was no room to breathe let alone move
My Maid of Honor and I came in just to look and see what style and type of dress she wanted. When we walked into the store the woman at the front was extremely rude and acted like we were not welcome in the store at all. I will never come back to this store. The customer service was awful.
Never do business with these people. They Ordered the wrong size dress wont do a return. Spent alot of money I will never spend another dime here again.
I've spent over $1000 on my wedding dress here at davids bridal. But i decided to get my bridesmaids dresses from alferd angelo. Unfortunately when alferd angelo filing bankruptcy my girls lost all their money and will not receive their dresses. So I made an appointment with davids bridal to look at bridesmaids dresses. When I get there i was assigned a person to assist me.... she did everything BUT assist. i showed her a pic of what I was looking for but she wasn't any help i found my self looking around my self for dress... read more
I've been here before and every experience depends on who is helping me. From previous experience it seems that if you are looking for bridemaid dresses not bridal gowns you are treated differently. Needless to say, yesterday's experience wasn't the greatest. I ended up going to 3 other bridal shops after with no appointments and had a better outcome.
