I would give this store a thousand stars!!!! The manager LATICIA was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! She made my daughter feel so special, and so great about herself!!!! My daughter is heavy and is losing weight, she is having a sweet 16 in September and was not so happy to find a dress!!! When we walked in the lady at the desk WANDA Was wonderful, and it just continued from there!!!! I THANK YOU LATICIA AND WANDA for making this hard experience so GREAT!!!!!!YOU ARE TRULY GENUINE PEOPLE!!!!!��������
My niece had an appointment yesterday that she had made six months ago at the bridal show in Lafayette, Louisiana. When she got there there was no appointment for her. But, thankfully they were able to fit her in and we only had a 30 minute wait. The lady that helped her was helping others and wasn't fully attentive to the bride to be. At times we didn't know where she was. But ultimately she said yes to the dress!
Went in for bridesmaid dresses ans it just wasnt a good experience. Our consultant was just...awful. Looked annoyed and,bored the entire time. She also,couldnt even,provide answers to basic questions such as what colors certain dresses came in and prices. When we asked for,fabric swatches so,we could color match she said they didnt provide them so my mom went and asked another consultant who provided them and did apologize, which was nice. Absolutely terrible service!! And when my daughter chose a $99 (on sale) dress, the sales girl left us immediately for the next family (who showed up 20 minutes early)....leaving us with the cashier, who knew absolutely nothing (including not knowing how to change the paper receipt roll on her register...I had to show her)! She had no clue what corset, slip, or veil we needed to place on order! So we stood around for a whole hour for the cashier to track down what we needed! I've had an awesome expirience there until today when I went to take my dress in for alterations. My sister wanted to see if an occasional dress came in a different color and no one would help her with her question so she walked over to a group of employees just standing there chatting away and asked if she could ask them a guestion and they rudely stared and made faces at her. Unbelievably disappointed. My schedule can be a bit unpredictable. Found some time when I got off early. I absolutely could not be accommodated. I have visited smaller bridal shops with far less staff without an appointment. I'll definitely not buy anything at all from David's and I'll advise others to avoid your store.
We went to shop for my daughters' wedding dress and it was an delightful experience!!! We bought her dream dress, which took my breath away. She looks so beautiful, thank you the service was excellent !!!!!
Well we waited at the counter to pay for our dress and soon as we were next the cashier walked away as if we was not even there and the bride to be had to go find someone else to ring us up, now how rude was that if it was left up to me I would of walked out and left the dress there, our money spend as good as any one else money does, sorry had to get that off my chest treat all customers with Respect no matter the color that's just how I feel.
This store has really bad customer Service. Mangers where rude and not helpful at all. I will never return to this store or maybe any other David's bridal.
