David's Bridal is the worst place ever and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy if I had one. Giving them one star because you have to choose something is giving too much. Started off trying on dresses myself and my daughter. They don't measure you, just give you another dress to try on. They didn't have my size in the style so just gave me another style to try on. Absolutely horrible customer service. First, she tried fitting me right out in the main floor, it wasn't until I told her I wanted a fitting room, that we went into one. She didn't really help with the fitting or anything. Too distracted with other things going on. When I was ready to order, which I didn't even want to, I requested my dress to be shipped to my local store, as I have a PO Box and don't want it shipped to my apartment. Went to get fitted for wedding dress in January i had a appointment, the whole time i was there our consultant (Debra H) was helping other clients she wasnt there helping out at all my friends and family was helping more than she was. I had a bad experience that day she didnt tell me with the kind of dress that i purchased that i would need to go up a size just in case now im stuck with a dress that is to small which is disappointing . I will never recommend her to anyone i know . You need to train her some more .
Horrible service. The alterations Department employee was the rudest lady I have ever talked with..Will never Due business with This company again...
The dress I got was beautiful at the right price point, but the service was not good. It was not busy at all. Only two people were in the store but I had to get the other customer to zip me up. The lady who helped me when I got there was not the friendliest. Beautiful dresses bad service.
Worst experience EVER! Showed up on time for bridal appt. they were packed with prom girls! Waited 15 min. Said they'd be with us in a minute Waited another 15 minutes they said they would be with us in a minute. After 40 minutes of waiting I had to get firm to get any help! We pulled all the dresses our associate did nothing but go in the room with my daughter to help her put on the dresses yet she made the commission. Worked with Jenny and she was absolutely fabulous, even grabbing kleenex for the mother-in-law to be! I did not like that they do not take measurements and order correct sizes to begin with and I will have to pay for alterations. That seems a little scammy for as much as dresses cost already.
Everything was going perfect. I found the perfect dress, went to order it and the stylist told me first of all that white wasn't avail in my size, I'd have to get a bigger size and have it altered. Fine, I can deal with that. Then she needed an override code and needed to get someone else. Another girl came over and called somewhere, gave them my name, the dress style, color, size etc. she then told me she needed to go get the stylist.
