I have nixed feelings about this store only because of one of salesperson in Alterations Dept. Normally, I can overlook negativity. I thought it was just me. However, I visited the store several different times and felt the same negative vibe from the same person. My fiancé arrived for her 1030 final fitting a few minutes early and had to wait outside in the heat until the store opened at 1030; the receptionist held up her hand to signal to her and another customer that the store didn’t open for another five minutes. When finally allowed inside she discovered her appointment would be delayed as the seamstress had called in to say she would be late. When the seamstress arrived, no apologies were offered. Back in 2010 I went there with a friend and experience the worse sale lady ever and swore I will never go back , today my kid talked me into going and I was surprised , we had exellet service, the girl went out of her way to help with every detail
I had an appointment today at 2pm. Our consultant Stephanie was amazing. And helped my girls find dresses. However one lady in there was so rude. Her name was Kourtney I just learned. She threw a fit because I had three girls and they wanted us to use one room and take turns. So one of my girls asked if we could use the three empty ones at the end since for her (private reason which I would gladly share in a private conversation) she would really need a private room. Well, I went into Davids Bridal to purchase a dress for a wedding that I am in this coming September. I had my two year old daughter with me. She was looking at the dresses and telling me how pretty they were. She went under the clothes and I was going to grab her from underneath it, before I could get to her one of David's Bridal employees decided that they were going to grab her from underneath it. Emily at David's bridal is absolutely amazing ��� and after my dress rang up discounted 200.00 dollars off . All the Lord!!!!
I bought a dress that was beautiful and the alterations department totally messed it up. It is the tackiest I have ever seen looks like the put twisty ties all over the bustle just through the netting for easy ripping, there are buttons sewn unevenly across the back. The were snotty and more or less told me to bad to sad they do not stand by their work once they get your money. I would not recommend buying a dress from there and I will never go there again!!!!�
We had an appointment at 11 with Heather, she was with another bride and would be with us as soon as she could so we started looking around and trying on bridesmaid dresses. The lady that helped was not very helpful. We had 6 girls trying on dresses and needing colors and sizes checked to see if they would come in on time.
