Absolutely worse experience I've had ever! I had a fitting the dress came back far too long and I was made to pay $60 for alterations. Then to add insult to injury I was informed that my dress was ready and I HAD to be there at a specific time to pick it up , so now I'm out of more money taking time off work. This place is a joke! What's the point of an appointment for a fitting when they don't even measure the person being fitted? I arrived to my appointment 10 min early only to wait 15 more min after my appointment time, and then to witness a walk-in enter and be helped before me! My daughter's dress looks ridiculous for $130
My fiance but her dress here. I believe they are not truly honest with pricing. They give a great price for a dress ( suck you in, because once putchases, it can't be returned), then over charge for alterations. If they don't get you one way, they will get you another.
I received a call stating that my wedding dress had been in the store for 14 days and was going to be returned the next day if I didn’t come to pick it up. This was the first and only contact made by David’s Bridal regarding my dress. I called and spoke with a girl who basically told me that it’s not their fault, bc they don’t control the email system...well you have to inform that email system that the dress was received, do you not?! Horrible customer service. I went to this location a few months ago looking for my wedding dress and it was horrible. First I was ignored and then when some one finally came over she was rude and horrible the whole time. I finally got so frustrated and mad that I said the heck with it and left. She acted like I was bothering her. I left and went some where else for my dress. I decided to try this store out again looking for bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. I am truly disappointed in this location. I bought my dress and made my alterations here and every time I went there, I receive service that was below par. They are always late to every appointment I've ever had. Additionally, phone calls get priority over walk-in appointments. My last visit was particularly the worst. I purchased a $180 dress from David's Bridal as I was the maid of honor in my best friends wedding. Before the wedding began, we were getting dressed in the room, I was zippered up and the zipper came off of the tracks. After spending that abscene amount of money on a dress, i spent the rest of the afternoon with safety pins holding my dress together in the back. I was beyond embarrassed in front of everyone. This place has been a pure nightmare and have made my whole experience pure hell, not much more to say, except that if I had to do this again I would NOT recommend this place to my family and friends, I wasn't initially a BRIDEZILLA but now I am, they are still currently keeping my nightmare alive, UGHH
