Won't accept a dress that was unworn w tags still on it because of a wedding being cancelled. This is poor business ethic. My 8th wedding as a bridesmaid and I would never think that this company would put me in a financial burden of holding a brand new dress that I have no use for. This dress (when called) had not even been out of the store for 10 days. It's now been out for 14 days. My brother is getting married in September. I took my 2 little girls in to get their flower girl dresses. I understand that a flower girl isn't as important as a bride and the consultant made us feel that way. Anyway I showed the girl the dresses the bride wanted and they didn't have it in the store. So I was told they would look to see if they could order it. I walk in with appointment try on a few dress while I was in the dressing room the workers at David bridal start yelling at the lady that was helping me that her next clients was there she started to rush me out the dressing room. on top of that i told them my budget for my dress they keep bringing dresses that was $1400 needless to say I walk out disappointed and no dress.
We went to the David's Bridal in Middletown NY for a fitting for my future daughter-in-law. When we went to pay for the alterations, the bill came to $350.00. This is outrageous and, if we had been told in advance what the alterations would cost, we would not have shopped at David's Bridal. I will steer everyone clear of this business.
I have visited this store about 4 times now, each time seeing complete chaos and a lack of organization by the staff. The visit where my bridesmaids were trying on dresses, we rarely were able to find our girl to ask for new dresses. She kept disappearing. David's Bridal is one of the first places that comes to a girl's mind when thinking about wedding and bridesmaids dresses, but I would never recommend this store to anyone.
The worst customer service I've recieved in a long time! Got there to pick up my wedding dress and it was handed to me and the lady took me to the fitting room and left. Didn't even help me zip the dress. Awful awful customer service.
Didn't have what I wanted.. the girl didn't help that well I had to for myself at the dresses..
