Ive been here several times in the past few weeks with my bridesmaids picking dresses and honestly - it's been awful every time. I'm regretting getting dresses here at all. The staff has been beyond unprofessional and rude each time. We had appointments each time, but our sales person left to help others (they were clearly spending more money than we were) and we were left to do our own shopping. My sister had an appointment from 4:30 to 6pm. Team member America was her stylist. She did not make us feel comfortable or welcome in the slightest, and instead treated us with an uncaring tone and eye told when we seemed confused about things. She then tried to tell us at 5:30 that she didn't have time to take care of us anymore as she had another appointment. Absolutely loved working with Julia S I was a walk in and wouldn't have thought so bc she treated me as if I had said appointment. The only down side it how much they want to charge me to do alterations to my dress saying I can do this to it or that to it bc of the designer won't allow it hello I am paying for it it should be how I want it!!!
Olivia was so sweet and very helpful! We found the perfect dress yesterday with her help. My wedding is less than 6 months away so I'm thankful that we were able to find the perfect dress without the stress. I have been reassured that my dress can be altered to size at no charge in case my wedding diet is a success so I purchased my dress right away. I am so very please with the service I received from Olivia!
Horrible customer service, no help what so ever! They were to busy talking to each other, than helping the customer!
I went with my best friend. She made her appointment they double booked the girl that was working with her. We were there for 3 hours she only got to try on 3 dresses. Also we keep telling her consultant what type of dress she wanted and they keep pulling the complete oppisite. It was a horable experience!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
I had picked dresses online before I went in the store my consultant pulled a few of my choices. she was very slow and not once stayed with me to help with zippers, bows etc, I had to find her for help. I had a friend with who not only helped me but helped other customers. They thought she worked there. I narrowed my dress choices to 2. I had issues with David's bridal that never got really acknowledged like I thought it should. They orders the wrong size, and then I spent almost 400.00 tp.get it alterated. My bridesmaids dresses, well one was orders 3 sizes to big. On the day of 2 bridesmaid zippers busted l, and mine did too on my 2,000.00 dress. I do not recommend them at all, go out of town, or something. The money you spend for the service, and quality you get is not worth it. I have been to this store multiple times and every time I have an awful experience. Very unprofessional, always have to wait even when an appointment is made and everyone seems a little lost and unsure on their duties.
