I went on a Saturday to shop for my wedding dress and did not have good experience. Felt very unattended. And it was too crowded. They didn't have a lot of dress selections. Especially for a smaller budget. David's Bridal needs to add more selections of price range and styles to your inventory. Especially ones you sell on online should be in the store too. if I can give a zero, I would !! I ordered my bridesmaid dress June 17th at the store. They said they would ship it to my house for free. I gave them my address, phone number and email address. They said the dress would arrive August 14th. I get a call from the Bride on June 28th and she told me my dress is at the store. My 5 bridesmaids and I went in to select bridesmaids dresses. No one helped us. We were on our own, picking stuff out, no one to help or answer questions. They tried stuff on and then after, we chased someone down to order. My junior bridesmaid dress came in late and no one called me
Me and 7/8 of my bridesmaids went in March to pick out bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. The one bridesmaid that couldn't make it, went with me last week so she could pick hers out. We get there and was told NOTHING was in the system! That's 7 people! 7 girls picked their style and size, and not so much as my wedding date was in the system! Had the worst experience at this David's Bridal! The lady was very rude and not very helpful whatsoever. I found the dress that I had to have and she told me it wouldn't be here before my wedding (btw I went to a different location and ordered that exact dress and have it!) Then my fiancé calls to make an alterations appointment for my daughter, my niece, and myself and they were rude to him! I will never go to this one again. I went to DB for my first first fitting experience, my appointment was running behind because they only had one dress consultant. She seemed to be running around everywhere, in the middle of my appointment they also assigned her to another women who had come previously for a bridal appointment. The whole experience just made me feel very "unimportant". I will not go back to this particular DB.
Worst company to ever do business with. The service here is horrible. Plus if they send you a dress in terrible condition it's your fault not theirs and even if the dress looks used you need to cough up more money so they can make it look new. I would never recommend this place to anyone in a million years. Sadly they were our only choice because we were out of time. Never again for anything. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
