Spent my entire appointment alone wandering around the store looking for someone to help me get an estimate on hemming. They also never sent me the garment bag they said they'd mail. Not worth my time to go back. I would never recommend David's Bridal to any bride or bridesmaid.
I ordered my bridesmaid dress at this location in March and went to pick it up a couple days ago and was given the completely wrong dress. Not a huge deal since I have plenty of time before the wedding for them to reorder, however, I was told that the dress is now $20 more than when I had purchased it and I would need to pay the difference... are you serious? Very unorganized even when you have an appointment.. We made an appointment for 8 bridesmaids and they only had 2 fitting rooms for us. The "Consultant" that was set aside for us made sure she told us as our appointment got started that we only had 1 hour. She wasn't helpful with us finding dresses either. I was not impressed at all.
Consultant did not write down my measurements and my wedding dress order came in several sizes off...took more than an hour of talking to staff to have the correct size ordered, AFTER they suggested I try on and take the "floor model" if it fit. The seamstress did very little to make me feel better about the botched order and seemed slightly annoyed. I came in two times both being terrible experiences. The first time when I came it was in it was an extremely busy Sunday. I waited about 10 minutes to get checked in with the receptionist. Who seemed to be trying to do 10 things at once. She eventually was able to get my dress (bridesmaid) for me to try on. I was then placed into a fitting room. The person who assisted us. Meagan, was not very good. Not engaged in helping my daughter. My niece had to help her. The young lady who checked us out was wonderful
First time in no help rude service. Made appt to come back the gal that helped was awesome except, my daughter is short and extremely large busted had difficulty getting stylist to understand large busts are not a sexy asset, no v neck, low cut neckline. This is a bride not a strip tease. We went to have my daughters dress altered her appointment was at230pm after waiting until something till 5 and the little girl in front as you walk in is rude we politely told them to get our daughters stuff and we would go else where. I have to say when you spend that kind of money and have such poor customer service go somewhere else too get your dresses ladies.
The best sale associated in that store is carmen �she is really there to work, also the alterations assistant margarita ��. Other than for those brides � they should have a least water. Is horrible have to try on so many dresses � and you can even bring your own.. The worst is for the alterations part. That's when you really get thirsty ��. But overall is ok.
