I bought five bridesmaids dresses....from 2.5 hours away. they insisted they couldn't hold the dresses....they gave me "gift cards" for money off at shutterfly, of which i can only use one. this was not a pleasant experience at all....and when the five girls get married, we will find somewhere else to shop. I was disappointed from the getgo with David's.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! Going wedding dress shopping shouldn't bad at all but somehow you made it one! I will never go here again!
Was not happy that all information was not provided when changing the back of my dress a corset. After 250 for the cha he to corset was told today another 170 plus tax to take in because it's to big. I would have had this done elsewhere had I known my 500 $ dress would end up being well over a 1000. Would not recommend to anyone.
This place is awful. They should be ashamed to be a customer service business. First of all when we went to try on dresses and get fitted we picked our own dresses and even had to clip each other because our consultant was god only knows where. That day I'm told I have to order the dress that day in order to get the dress in time for a wedding that's 5 months away bc a size 6 is not as common?? Absolute worst place ever to purchase bridesmaid dresses. One of their stylists ordered the wrong dress for one of the bridesmaids and we didn't know it until it came into the store. Then they tell us there is nothing they can do to correct it in time for the wedding because it's a special order color. After many calls and complaints to the store, phone calls to customer service and talks with managers ...... nothing has been resolved! My advice to anyone shopping here is first.... go somewhere else... your day is important ... read more
Not what I was expecting . Had my appointment set and she was helping someone else. She got rude with my mom , didn't understand well her Spanish nor her English. I was really looking forward for these but really did not meet my experience and expectections .
Customer service is lacking. Didn't call me when my dress came in had to call to find out where it was. Went to pick up dress last night was ignored by three staff members well one of the other staff members was running around trying to help people. My dress that I had been previously fitted for at that location was one size too big and they argued with me that that must have been the way it was when I tried it on.
