I absolutely love my dress! However, I was pushed to order my dress in February saying that it's possible that I'd be pushing it for my September wedding. She ordered me a size too big which I didn't even notice since my dress went to my friend's house to hide from my fiancé right after pick up (my fault for not noticing). Now I have to get it altered which is guna be crazy expensive cuz it's all beaded ! Went in yesterday morning to look for a dress for my daughter's upcomimg wedding. Browsed for 20 minutes, not one of the 3 associates standing around approached me to offer assistance.....apart from a bride being assisted at the rear of the store the place was empty. Worst experience, I will not go back. I had much better service at the mall
Great experience so far found the dress of my dreams and Laura who was helping me out was amazing!! I don't have anything bad to say so far!! Thank you Laura and David's bridal for a great experience!
RecommendedI came in with little hope (giving myself year) on finding my dress, the people were amazing and I got amazing customer service. After trying on many dresses the sales rep brought one dress and it was absolutely amazing and I ended up buying it! Thank you! 😘
They have very pretty dresses. However, my dress was ordered in the wrong size, which I don't realize til after my first alterations. I thought it was just a little tight and needed to be let out. Well I had my first alterations appointment a month before my wedding. I had to have it hemmed, it let out, hooks put in my straps, and the bust area fixed. The first time of picking it up. The length was still too long and they never even let it out! Second visit, the didn't measure correctly and let it out enough. And again still... read more
Went for wedding dress, consultant was helpful during fittings. Clearly knew our budget because we told her several times. She lied to us about to price of the dress she said "this dress is $25 over your budget is that okay? We can also work out a deal!" When we went to check out, the dress was $200 not $25 over budget not including sales tax. Consultant acted like she had no clue. After a small "battle" manager gave us dress at budget price.
