We were shopping and the sales associate who was helping my daughter hit the end of her shift. There were 3 dresses stacked, she let my daughter try on one, then said "sorry, I have to go". They had noone else who could assist, so we left without ever even trying those other dresses. My daughter was stressed and overwhelmed already and all the associates in the store could buzz about was the scheduling problems. Did nothing to put her at ease or really help. Literally nerve wracking. They didn't tell us that our dresses would take almost 6 months to come in, and the wedding was in 6 months. After multiple phone calls we finally have our dresses a month before the wedding. They also didn't call to tell me my dress was in until after it had already been picked up. The entire process right up until the actual check out and getting our dresses in was great. After that, we've had nothing but problems. I am highly disappointed, and will not return to a David's Bridal in the future.
If i could give a zero rating I absolutely would. This store is a joke and useless. Just order online you'll get way better assistance there. Sadly enough after having to find my dress on my own without anyone caring that I was in there, I was asked to put the dress down?? Are you joking? They wouldn't even allow me to try the dress on til someone "freed up". Funny story, I saw four or five workers just standing around at the front doing nothing. So please explain to me why no one could've helped me try on or anything?? One ... read more
Some of the staff is rude... especially the ones that stand by the front door.
I was really disappointed in my visit to Davids Bridal. I dropped in to buy my daughter an engagement gift and simply look around. I didn't need to be waited on and I appreciate they are busy, but they couldn't even be bothered to greet me.
HORRIBLE! DO NOT SHOP HERE. 0 STARS IF I COULD. I went to 2 and they were both terrible.
If I could give 0 I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Consultant sized me with a sweatshirt on, I should have ran right then and there... Consultant constantly walked away in the middle of my appointment, started helping another customer in the middle too. I also told her I didn't like a dress style and she then goes "I'll grab another one like it". Had no clue when I asked questions about dresses, she threw a catalog at me and said "pick some".
