Very poor service. Had to locate dresses on our own. Plus sizes were mixed throughout the numerous dresses and you have to go through the dresses one by one to find a plus size. We found only five in the racks to try on.
Went to the David's bridal at easton and was really disappointed. just went to look at shoes. they had a small selection and there was a pair that i considered buying.When i found the box containing my size,I was shocked! It looked like someone had worn them before and returned them or tried them on with dirty feet. there were toe prints in the shoe. I certainly wasn't interested in buying them or anything after that. the store has only been open a few weeks so I couldn't understand why they would display something so tacky.
When I first went to David's Bridal, I found my perfect princess dress!! They didn't have my size in the dress, so the lady ordered my dress a few sizes larger. The bridesmaids dresses I picked were discontinued once my girls went to get fitted so I had to pick a different dress.... Then my wedding dress was ready, today we all went for one last try on for my dress, and for MOH and flower girl dresses, of course the dress we choose for the flower girls, the size 6 we needed was again discontinued... to make matters worse, ev... read more
I originally gave a review and has since deleted it. The only reason why I'm giving one star is because I have to. This review is strictly for Liz and store manager Laura. Laura set an expectation for a layaway order and did not deliver on that expectation. Not one apology or even an acknowledgement when I came into the store to pick up my order. I am absolutely thrilled wit my experience at Davids! I first went to Stacys andwas going to buy a dress there. After thinking about it I just wasnt comfortable at all. The dres was more for omeone in their 20's than a mature adult. I went to Davids my attendant helped me pick out a dress more age appropriate.i loved it and everyone at my wedding commented on it "how beautiful, where did you find it" were some of the resposes. Buying a wedding dress should be a happy/ exciting experience...but mine was horrible! The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met! Talking down to us, acting like we should know what we are doing, and hovering over us like we are thieves. We spent so much money there and she was rude because we didn't want to buy a veil there. Also the people who do the alterations are rude. They don't listen to you (actually ignores you when you say something to them), and can't seem to get it together on the pricing. When I picked my dress I was told that it would be cleaned.When I went for alterations it said it would be cleaned. Needs to say it was not! I called the corporation and they basically told me to pick another dress. Alternation are horribly expensive. I wouldn't sent anyone to David's!
They had no tissue in the restroom! Very unsanitary and no one cared
