They had no sizes or colors to chose from and more than half of them were broken. Made it impossible to try and choose a color and style.
I went to David's bridal with a few of my bridesmaids. The lady that was helping us was barely any help and helping other people at the same time. She ended up catering to the other group of women while my bridesmaids and I tried to figure things out on our own. We showed up, and she basically pointed to the dress section without following us. It was a very diappointing experience. I was told to look on the rack for the dress and someone would be with me, 20 minutes later I go to the front desk and was told someone will be with you they are checking someone out while two people are up front. I find the dress and she comes to the fitting room and put the dress I pulled from the rack I ask for a different size she brings in and closed the door, I am needing help zip this thing up. There is so much more negative but. Bad bad
Yes I did find and purchase a dress but my experience was all but ruined by the person assigned to assist me. Emily S was very rude and disrespectful. She continuously spoke down to both my bridesmaids and the girl she was supposed to be training. Addressed everyone as Sweety which I asked her not to do. At one point one of my bridesmaids introduced herself (AGAIN) by saying "Hi, my name is Keri please call me that". After that she continued with Sweety which at the point is just blatant disrespect. This store is awful! They ordered my wedding dress 4 sizes too small and not ONCE did they call me when my dress or my bridesmaids dresses came in and they tried to charge ME for their mistakes. Not only did they screw up my orders when I brought it up with them they were rude to me and told me it was my fault!! Don't waste your time or money at this store
I LOVED the dress I tried on�...It fit my body great and made me feel good. And I was finding myself actually excited to wear a bridesmaids dress. �which I didn't think could happen after being in 5 other weddings and hating all the dresses I had been forced to wear. � The lady who helped me try on the dress was very nice, but she insisted I needed the next size up. � Which made me feel horrible. I had two experiences at David Bridal my first one in Altamonte was not good I gave them another chance at the millennia I had the first appointment of the day and Elisabeth Ferreira the woman who assisted me was amazing after trying 5 dress and did not have the wow facture she brought me a dress that I would have not concerned and after making some adjustments I said yes to my Dress" Thank you so much for the experience,
RecommendedI had an amazing experience picking out my wedding dress after two hours for the first time. The consultan kate was very helpful and patient. Great environnent, feel confortable when shopping there.
