Had an appointment and literally only tried on two dresses and they lady said sorry but I need to greet my next appointment..... what exactly is the rush !!!! We brides need help not to be pushed out of the store , went to Alfred angelos right across the street found my dress , no rush and great service!
What should've been a wonderful day helping my best friend choose her wedding dress was basically ruined by their consultant "Amanda". She was sloppy, unprofessional, absent most of the time, didn't listen to the brides wants or needs, not knowledgeable about the dresses in her own store, and spent most of her time discussing her own upcoming wedding. So after my negative experience with trying dress on in North Charleston to ordering my dress offline and having the buttons falling off I was so ready to just be done with David's bridal and go to another store all together. However the dress I had my heart set on went on such a good discount I was going to go in and get the dress and put it on layaway. My fiancee is there right now and in tears. Horrid support and been there all day for adjustments. Treating her poorly and gave her a measly $30 discount which is an insult to put my love thru so much stress. Horridly disappointed
We came for 2 bridesmaids.. and some help with my wedding dress. The seamstress for my dress was rude. The dress assistant was attentive until she got her second appointment.
My bridesmaids paid $120 for their dresses, plus an additional $100+ for alterations. They looked stunning, until we tried to zip them on. 5 of them had issues with the zippers, and one of them completely broke a half hour before the ceremony. She had taken her dress into your location last week to have the zipper checked, as she had concerns about it, and was assured that it was fine. Instead, it completely ripped off of the dress. Buying the dresses for the junior bridesmaid and flower girl went just fine the consultant was very helpful. Now the alteration appointment is another story. It starts off with me asking them to remove the belt and she was like that is no problem at all and then proceeds to cut a hole in the chiffon and was oh no I didn't cut a hole in it.
