Customer Service needs to be improved a great deal. Your Manager stationed at your 6th Ave store is VERY INCOMPETENT. My wedding dress which I bought and had altered in your store was falling apart on the day of my wedding. Two bustles points just suddenly fell off while I was walking, even the pin was still on the dress which pricked me. It means the alteration on the dress wasn't done properly. The ladies were nice but they ordered my dress two sizes to small. Long story short they said they had one I could get but then didn't have it in the right color after saying they did. Now having to get alterations two weeks before the wedding. This isn't the first time I have had problems with them.
Absolutely horrible when I went to my appointment my consultant left me and my party for 30 min after I found the dress I wanted and started helping other people. Like hello I'm ready to check out. Don't want to spend 4 hours in here and after we checked out I came to pick up my dress on June 1st and the lady hands me this dress and I told her that is not my dress and she said you sure I said yes my has a puffy train she said oh it's pind up in the back and I'm still thinking this is not my dress then I go to try it on with... read more
I took my dress in to get it altered, paid $220 then when I get there they stitched the top of the dress terribly(not sure why they would hand me the dress while it looked that way). My dress fit perfectly in my legs before I took it in to get altered and today when I tried it on and it was too tight and gathered at the top of the slit, so I had to pay another fee to have them fix it. Needless to say I will NEVER buy any sort of dress from Davids Bridal.
Charged a ridiculous amount for alterations and it was too small! Another person at the same time was having the same problem...they are charging me more to fix their problem!!!
