My Bridesmaid dresses came in (bought 5) and one of the sizes was way off. My maid of honor went to pick them up and they only had 4 dresses!!! She told them there was supposed to be 5 but they told her no. Well I have a receipt that proves I ordered and paid for 5 dresses, NOT 4. I was told I could not exchange the dress that was way too big which I think is incredibly unfair since I wasn't looking to get any money back or return it, just a simple exchange of size. This store is a joke.. How can you maintain the most advertised bridal company and talk to the customers the way you do!! I got them figured out.. They sell brand new dresses to brides dreaming of their upcoming wedding.. Then they botch the order.. Then their customers have no option and have to settle for a floor model.. That everyone rents or tries on.. Then they have a new dress out on the floor to lure in the next victim.. They have ruined the magic for my bride!! Taken her dreams and crushed them.. Scarborough is a disorganized store. Our consultant left for a few minutes leaving me to wait in the dress I had on (without saying she was leaving or where she was going) and wasn't paying attention periodically so my friend had to unzip me from the dress. I feel like the cost of the dresses should imply they know what they are doing and how to treat their customers. And then after we left I got an email saying I was missed at my appointment even though I was there. An irritating experience all around.

I went to David's Bridal for my first bridesmaid dress ever! My initial consultation was good, the girl doing it provided me with lots of different options and even had suggestions as I am a plus sized woman. I went back for a second consultation with my mom, and the sales associate I had was terrible. She seemed to be angry that she had the "fat" customer. She had no suggestions for me, and couldn't find my size in any of the dresses. She had the list of dresses from my original fitting, and couldn't find any of them! We ha... read more
If I could I would give this store and their corporate office a 0!! Don't buy your dress here it will smell!!! And their customer service is horrible!! I will never buy a dress from here again! As well as highly recommended against this store! Buy your wedding dress somewhere else where they actually care and want you to have a wonderful dress not something that smells like chemicals and gives you a headache or fish!!
Absolutely appalled. I've called several times to let Davids Bridal know that the person who took my dress "in" didn't even touch it up top. I took it to another seamstress and she told me there wasn't anything done to the top, just the hem at the bottom. Paying $198 to have something done.. and it ending up being completely unaltered... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever again.
