Customer service was terrible. We basically had to find and try our own dresses alone without a consultant. The zipper was a headache. We were told we were the problem, but the other consultant was having just as much problems as we were with the zipper. We were shown the dressing rooms and were own our own to find dresses and sizes. We could have done that at any other store. We drove 1.5 hours for this. I should have read the reviews before coming. Seems like this is a common experience. Disappointed.
Awesome and lovely store but HORRIBLE consultant!!! Her name is Mercedes and she was completely rude and disrespectful to our group of bridesmaids and to the bride to be! She continuously rolled her eyes and made really snobby comments when she was asked simple questions! Definitely would recommend firing her before losing clients!!
Booked an appointment for bridesmaids dresses. My sister is getting married in October this year. Once our consultant,unfortunately I cant remember her name, came to introduce herself we decided to check out the dresses. We didn't have a particular dress in mind just knew that the bride wanted long dresses in black. We showed her several dresses on a chart on the wall and then she took our measurements. I made 2 appointments, 1 for myself and 1 for my bridesmaids. My "consultant" was not only late for my appointment, but her manager ended up putting me in more dresses than she did. She would tell me she was going to grab a dress or belt for me and be gone for 20+ minutes. Come to find out she had another bride and was spending all her time over there. Had an appointment at 2pm...was over 20minutes before anyone helped us. It was a fitting for my bridesmaids. There was a ton of people on one side of the store and instead of taking us to the other side so all my ladies could try on they put all 5 of us in 1 dressing room in the middle of another group! The lady was NOT helpful, she never offered to help find a dress for my pregnant sister who was having issues with a dress long enough. She sat the whole time and spoke very little!! Trying on several dresses with my fiancé. Closing time came and they kicked us out. Poor business practice, the employees don't care to make a sale. We will go somewhere else who appreciates their customers.
This was an awful experience. No one helped us. We picked out our dresses, found sizes if we needed new ones, zipped ourselves up. The retail advisor seemed very annoyed anytime we asked for help but was very attentive to the ONE other bridal party in the store. We picked out what we wanted but did not order them from her. I never write reviews, but this is for my wedding, so it's pretty important to me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
