This was the absolute WORST service I have ever seen. We had Mercedes and she was okay until we got to the wedding dresses. Rolling her eyes and making snarky comments. I'm sorry but this is the brides choice not yours! And if she tried on every dress you gave her and she doesn't like it then OH WELL. It's not your wedding it's hers. I went here numerous times. The first visit for my wedding gown was fine. I then went different times with my bridesmaids for their dresses. Never once did they get it right. No matter how many times I went over the colors and names of the girls, they still came wrong. They were supposed to ship my maid of honor' s dress, but her name on the label but never put her address, mailed my other bridesmaid dress to the wrong address. I drove 45 minutes in the rain get all the way over there to get the run around because they lost my dress! Then the girl kept saying it was in the back, yeah right along with Where's Waldo. I already have high anxiety due to my wedding is in 40 days and they lost my dress. Then gave me 53$dollars back... Da hell!!!! #stillpissedoff
The staff is extremely rude, and do not care about customers at all, I refuse to step foot in your store. I went for the second time to try on dresses, I had called to set up an appointment to find a wedding dress with a 1500.00 budget and also said I need to look at bridesmaid dresses i needed to purchase 5 of them, and was also looking at flower girl dresses. We were in yesterday. The staff person we had was not very helpful. The dress my daughter picked out was a dress on sale and she could not afford it. The sales person neglected to tell us the dress was on sale we only found out by calling to have the dress put on hold because someone was going to buy the dress for her the next day we then found out it was on sale which meant a lot to us. Had an appointment at 2pm. Arrived and was told they didn't have one written down for us. Asked to look at flower girl dresses. That was fine as long as we didn't need any help. Selection was poor. Only sizes 2t and 4t. Went to Stacey's Bridal and found great customer service and the perfect dress.
The important thing was that I had a good ENDING to my experience. I came prepared with about 6 dresses that I wanted to try on-the store had NONE of them. All of which said "in store" on the website. The dresses then brought to me were nothing like what I wanted to try...I was so upset I cried. Finally-they found one of the dresses I wanted to try on in the returns-and that is the one I bought. Could not be less impressed with this store. The dress my girlfriend ordered is more than a week late, and the smartass working just laughed at her and said "it MIGHT be here by the wedding day." They refuse to do a refund even though they aren't living up to the promise they made in store.
Sales consultant was very unprofessional she kept rushing the appointment she acted as if she didn't know what she was doing I had to take over the appointment myself to tell her what to do and I don't even work there
