I have nothing good to report with my experience with this store. Nothing but issues from the start. It started with the clerk ordering the wrong dress size for my bridesmaid dress and having to do a rush order to get a bigger size. Drove 2 hrs and 45 minutes to this store to get alterations to have all of them let go on the day of the wedding. My hem let go in two locations and my zipper was puckered and the dress was not taken in correctly. Not at any point was i given compensation until i complained after the day of the w... read more
The bridal party and I have had a horrible experience with this store. The consultants did a horrible job. They've lied to us and on us. They mixed up names and sizes . We have had to scramble to get our dresses. The managers was NO HELP!!! I will not recommend this store to anyone. This has been the worst experience ever. I am horrified that this store has done nothing but cause a headache for my friend's wedding. Close David's Bridal!!!

Really really bad service we were arranged with a "stylist" and she didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was in the dressing room waiting to be helped with the dresses I had chosen out, she went off to help others that came in after me even though I needed help. Definitely not buying my dress here, as a future bride your supposed to be excited to find your wedding dress but here they made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Poor customer service. Without so much detail, the worst part was i ordered and paid for a brand new dress. What i got instead was a dirty floor model that they had to clean. I was not given any discount off the price of the dress. I even called customer service and got nowhere. Terrrrible business! As a manager of a cell phone store, i would be able to, nor would i choose, to treat my customer base this way! Would never recommend them.
The only business practice I find tiring and outdated is overbooking appointments. How are 6 women supposed to pick out gowns in 15 minutes? The place was insane busy and it felt like the people were doing their hardest to shove us out the door. However the lady assisting our bride was wonderful and took time with her. I feel bad for them that their company would force them to continue this practice of double and triple booking when it's terrible customer service for them to do so.
I unfortunately had a very negative experience at davids bridal out in Langley. I had ordered my bridesmaid dress a couple months ago and it had come into the store for pick up. I decided to try the dress on to make sure it was good before going home and it was too small. I explained to the girl that it was the size that I was told to buy when we ordered. My wedding dress is completely ruined after the in store alterations with only 25 days left to fix it. The lace around the arm holes is now frayed and fuzzy after the straps were shortened. The bustle is a horror story. Several buttons were missing and hastily done during pick up. One was placed to low, but rather than resolving the mistake a second pick up was placed. I had to write a review after several visits to the David's Bridal store in Westbury .....worst experience I've ever had as a bride I would never use your service again and if I wasn't already committed to address I paid for I wouldn't even come there to pick it up but the fact is that they lied gave me a full state of arrival and now that it's coming down to the wire they have nothing to say and continue to hide behind the phone having their employees speak to customers instead of managers I'm disgusted with the institution... read more
