Bad service i went in and no one came to see me or even ask what i was looking for the emplyees were talking together...... I found my dress no help to close the back or to ask if i need another size and finalky i bought it but the dress was wrapped in plastique

Only been here twice and the customer service was awful! For anyone that knows me knows I am very bubbly, happy, and just an overall easy going person. The first time I went the young lady helping was helpful but you could tell she was just trying to get through the day. I went in to pick up my bridesmaid dress today and was rushing, and locked my keys in my car as I ran in to grab my dress! Unfortunately I found a beautiful dress, but the customer service I had was awful. I had to ask to be pinned up in my dress, my bridal party had to be the ones straitening my train because my lady left me multiple times to help someone else. I had a $1,800 dress picked out ready to buy, but the lady wouldn't even help me get fixed up. I had to ask for a veil (multiple times because she kept putting it away and not offering to get one for me), and shoes. It was very overwhelming cause I felt like a burden.

I'm very disappointed in the whole company. Starting from the first girl that measured & ordered the wrong size & then to the girl that reordered, but didn't fill out the form completely. Then finally calling after waiting two weeks to say the dress was not available. Then to the manager that said we had to go through corporate office to get our money refunded. You have to prepay to get a dress ordered, but you can't get it refunded without going through corporate office which only processes refunds once a week & there is... read more

The staff was nice, but was forced into buying an $80 bra so my dress could get altered. A bra in which, after wearing twice, the hooks started to come out of the fabric.

My mother and I schedule our first appointment for me to look at bridal dresses. I had made my appointment three days in advanced. When I came in not only was my appointment not on the schedule, but they started 30 minutes late. I had a pleasant time with Christine and she made the rest of the appointment finish a bit smoother. However, I scheduled a second appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dresses. AGAIN, my appointment was not in the system but the manager was beyond rude to my mother. I found a gorgeous wedding dress I love, however, I was told by the person helping me that the alterations were included in the price I paid on my David's credit card and that the estimate was 120$. I then went to my alterations appointment and it ended up being $450. I am NOT happy. I was lied to. Paying as much for the alterations as my dress pretty much makes me feel disappointed about the while marriage process.

I did my wedding dress shopping without my mother who doesn't live here in town but wanted to be to share this very special experience and time with me. I took pictures and called her every time I walked out of the store and kept her in the loop. I tried on 2 dresses and fell in love with the first one! So my first visit to this store was good and the associate that helped me was really nice and patient. I wish the alteration process was more welcoming and personable!
