Horrible took forever to ring me up to purchase my daughter's prom dress love the quality of clothes they sell but they really must train there people in the register the people that greet you awesome ladies in the fitting room awesome the ringers lack training and customer service
Much more pleasant experience looking for my Matron of Honor dress than I had when I was shopping for my wedding dress in Louisville KY. They where down right rude and I has an appointment. Did not acknowledge me until I was walking out the door. Never go to Louisville David Bridal. They are awful.
I had a horrible experience looking for dresses here which made my first bridal shopping experience a downer! Also for my own wedding dress appt took over an hour for them to even get me in a room even with an appointment, front people were super rude to me and yelled at us for pulling dresses when we werent told we couldnt, i had to find my own dresses for me an my bridesmaids since they were useless to help or would bring the complete opposite thing i would ask for and to top it off people and staff kept walking right infr... read more
I am a tomboy and then I got engaged! I didnt realize that I should of been looking for the dress from the beginning and I waited till I know have 3 months till the wedding and this woman that works their came in and took a tomboy to Cinderella! She was amazing! If you need to find a dress please go to the valley and see her!
This afternoon was to be my daughter's bridesmaids day to shop for dresses. When we entered, it took them 10 minutes before acknowledging our presence. Then they couldn't find my daughter's "event" even though she had a confirmation of her appointment. After 10 more minutes they finally assigned us a "stylist" (rolling my eyes). She did not have any dresses ready, as my daughter was told would be the case. She couldn't even find them!!!! I scheduled to make an appointment for alterations. The lady who answered asked if my dress was from davids bridal and I had said no. She made my appointment and I went in on my scheduled time and put the dress on to only be told that they can't alter it because it wasn't bought from there. I drove a long way to be told they couldn't do anything even though it wasn't my fault. Most likely won't be going back.
