I bought a 2 pieces wedding guest dress for $ 213. However needed to fix the length of the dress and some alterations of the top for the cost of $189 + taxes, that makes it almost the price of the dress, don't you guys think are exaggerating with your pricing for such minor changes? Really disappointed with this issue, now I need to get another person to fix it for a decent price. You totally lost a potential client and her friends
I went in for my fitting months ago. Ordered my dress and when it came in it was obviously a display or return. The top looked like it had been drug all over the floor. They ordered me a new one which came a few weeks later. Went in a couple months later for alterations. Alterations were VERY expensive but we went there because we were told the work was guaranteed. I do NOT recommend this place at all to any one!!! My mom is getting married and got her dress from this place. After $500 for alterations alone we brought it home with beads missing, sleeves falling off, and the clasp was broken off. So after 3 alterations appointments the dress was still messed up. Not to mention the attitude the women back in alterations gave my mother and myself the maid of honor. I love my wedding dress but the cost of the alterations were outrageous. Cost almost as much as my gown. And of course they can't tell you how much it'll be before you decide to do it there. I'd recommend having them done elsewhere.
The "consultant" that worked with us not knowledgeable of the dresses, for the majority of the time there she sat and watched me help my girls in and out of the dresses. Will not be going back to the Greensboro store.
Advertises dresses they no longer carry. My daughter found a dress but they were not helpful. U went today to try on a dress they are supposed to have and they don't even carry it. Didn't offer to help at all. Robin the manager could care less.
