Horrible customer service. If you need your dress tailored take it somewhere else. These people are trained to sell dresses that's it! You are so much better off going to a different wedding dress vender.
How do I begin this review? After doing couple of the researches I decided to go with David’s Bridal. I made an appointment on Sunday and the overall experience was good. The stylist who helped out was very attentive even though she was helping other clients as well. Since I already did some researches prior going into the store and with a mindset on this particular dress that I want; I made the decision right on the spot. WARNING FOR ALL BRIDES: I just wanted to take a minute and complain about how upset I am with this store. I went back in June 2016 to get my dress. Honestly, the experience was good but now I am just mad about it. I was a size 16ish then. I told the woman helping me I would be losing about 30 to 50 lbs. Well I did. And I am stuck with a size 14 dress when I should have gotten an 8 or 10. THEY DIDNT EVEN MEASURE ME!!! Luckily for me I found an amazing alterations lady to fix it. The customer service is one of the worst that I have seen
I would never recommend David's Bridal they ordered my granddaughters dress but they ordered the wrong dress when it came they informed her she needed to pay$100 for the wrong dress it took them 3 weeks to get another dress and then they told her mother it would cost an extra$500 to alter it the alteration woman spent the time rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing over what I take was her inconvenience and she told them if they wanted it back in 2 weeks instead of 4 it would cost an extra$25 I thought these people were su... read more
