Service was great........did not care for the music I was forced to listen to during the fitting........the carpet was in need of a good vacuuming......
Not happy with the service, I ordered a $300 bridesmaid dress from here and had to get alternations done on it, which cost me 80$ to take it in on the back. I tried on the dress with a top corset and the lady told me she would put that corset with my dress, when I came to pick it up, the lady told me there wasn't a corset with it and they couldn't find my size so the alternations lady told me she would sew something for me on the dress which cost me another 40$ and the alternations she did the second time was just two string... read more
I am absolutely pleased with my dress it's beautiful but I personally think the price for getting it altered was a little ridiculous. Should have taken it somewhere else.
Our experience was horrific. We were put in a dressing room and forgotten about. My personal information was left out on a clip board on a chair and forgotten about. I was so busy helping my mom get in and out of her dresses that my daughters who were in the dressing room next to us gave up and wanted to leave. We ended up leaving frustrated. The sales rep never came back to check on us even after I specifically asked her to help my daughter. If I could give a -0 I would.

I am very disappointed, my fiance bought a prom dress for my step daughter at your store in Win-Rock mall in Albuquerque, nm let me say this is the last time i will every step foot, give money to, or recommend your store to anyone. I was in the alterations area waiting for my daughter to be fitted for her dress as when I fiance bought it i was at work, I wanted to see her in it after they pinned it and because i a male i got kicked out of the area and didn't get to see her in it. I've had good service, what I don't like is when you buy something brand new and not being able to return something, but instead store credit is offered. I just don't think this is a good policy. We spend so much money that if we come to the decision a certain item just won't work, we should be able to return with refund!! Frustrating to say the least!!
