Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and I don't even know why I bothered to make an appointment. The store was empty, maybe 4 other people in the store. The lady assigned to us helped me pick out a couple of dresses when I first got there but didn't see her after that. My daughter is MOH in a wedding in August. We made an appt to have her fitted for her bridesmaid dress. They even called the day before to confirm she would be there. We arrived the day of her appt and they couldn't find her name or the brides name. The receptionist was flustered, working on other entries. After much confusion, they finally found the brides name and my daughter's appt. They called over a consultant and she wasn't happy to help a bridesmaid. They did not have the dress on file. I have problems with a salesperson who brings a bride to tears, who is arrogant and haughty. Instead of saying there was a mistake made and offering solutions, this woman stood there and said, "My people are well schooled not to make such an error in a date." Pig pucky, really. Then, this same clerk provided estimates to alter the dresses and stood there saying she would add the highest number into her estimate. Really!? Went to this David's Bridal yesterday as a bridesmaid to help the bride find her dress. The consultant named Fanny took care of us. She was by far the rudest person I've ever met. She was not accommodating at all. She rolled her eyes every time we asked for or about anything. When we asked for a ribbon or belt to dress up the bridal gown she said they didn't have any. Our helper, Alyssa wasn't very helpful half the time she wasn't around to tend to us & having to make an appointment was wasteful. Never again.
