They are really rude to people, they aren't considerate and they do nothing on actually helping you find the right dress. They try to get you to spend as much as you can there and really doesn't care if your actually happy with what you're getting ....
No customer service skills! And the woman who was supposed to help my sister during her 9am appointment actually had the nerve to say "I'm not a morning person" after making rude remarks. Wow.
Dealing with David's Bridal in Warwick turned out to be the biggest hassle of my wedding planning experience. I worked with one older woman during my first appointment, bought a dress from her and actually had a pleasant experience with her. She, however is where it ended. They gave my bridesmaids a 6-8 week window of time before the wedding to get their dresses. Horrible customer service. I can't believe they treat customers the way they do. I left after being in the store for ten minutes even though I had an appointment. I went to Macy's and even though I didn't have an appointment (because I wasn't expecting to go there) they were so helpful and accommodating. I would suggest other brides to be to skip davids bridal and go to Macy's. Looking at other reviews it's clear they could use some serious customer service training or just basic manors.
Went in to find my daughter a prom dress and we was ignored .Im assuming because we are bigger females. Two associates stared at us as we was walking up and ran off . Ask one associate about a dress and she act liked she didnt have time to help us. Feel very discriminated against and it I was there for a teenager.
Just left there. We had an appointment but it was the worst. Weather the Bride was wearing a wedding dress, evening gown, prom dress she still should have been treated like a bride. Instead she was treated like the kids in there prom shopping. Definitely will not be going back will not be bringing the bridal party there for there dresses either
Once we had signed in, no sales associate ever spoke to us again (except to unlock a fitting room), although the store was empty. No one offered any assistance or checked to see how we were doing. I've encountered more helpful associates at Walmart. We will not be returning to this store; it was a very unpleasant experience.
I went wedding dress shoping on March 18th that was simply amazing I then went in at the end of March when my dress arrived to try it on and pick it up, the lady on alterations was super nice. I went back to for another alteration appointment and the lady I meet with was rude, didn't help me get into my wedding dress told me I need a different bra well of course I wasn't going to wear on with straps.
