We had made an appointment. It appeared the stylist was busy with others and di not help us at all. We were only looking for a prom dress (not bridal) but still wanted the attention we signed up for. We had to ask for help, get our own dresses, and ask for them to press. Supposedly they just sell you a wrinkled 200 dollar dress. Most horrible experience ever.. I went multiple times and each time was worse then the time before. The 1st time I had a scheduled appt and the associate asked me my size and other personal questions at the front door in front of other customers. My bridesmaid with me pulled all my dresses and assisted me with them the associate only assisted us when we found her and asked her and then she would leave again to help other customers. We were there for a prom dress, very limited selection and if your plus size then your selection was down to next to nothing. I couldn't find anyone to help me, everyone seemed too busy to help but there was only one other customer in the store. My suggestion would be find another place to go
Went in with my 80 year old Mom for a dress for my daughters wedding. The girl at the desk was pleasant and accommodating. We searched for a dress and I sent up front to get assistance. There was another lady there who asked if we had an appointment. I said no but was told it wasn't an issue. The woman said well we have to take appointments for brides first. We can get your Mom a chair to wait. I wasn't happy at all and I clearly told her. We were set up in a room and I moved a chair into it so my Mom could try on dresses. V... read more
Not a big selection for prom and formal wear. Dresses look outdated and used.....They didn't have what online stated was in the stores.
I would not recommend as a bride, you should feel special and dress consultant did not do this for me. Alterations cost 1/3 of my dress did. I'm sitting here after trying on my dress after alteration that I paid $375 for and still not absolutely happy. It should be what the bride wants and not what the seamstress wants. This is absolutely not the way I expected to feel as a bride. ��
Love my gown, but there should be more communication between alterations and the sales team. Sales associates recommend I buy all this extra stuff like slip and bodice, belt, etc, then when i get to alterations, I am told I won't need a bodice style bra because they can sew cups into the gown for $40. The salesperson also guessed my size wrong after trying on something too large. She figured I would be an 8 petite but it was far too large. The very first time I went I told the representative what my budget was and the fabric I wanted she came out with one of the most expensive dresses with flowers all over it which is something I DID NOT ask for. Finally ask for another rep that could help, purchased dress everything was great or so I thought. I'm definitely glad now, I hadn't gone through with a bridal appointment here. After the experience today with a fitting appointment for my daughter's prom Dress, I am less than impressed. We arrived for an appointment on time, only to be told they were running behind. Completely fine. We shopped there shoe section, which is completely unorganized.
