I went into this store for a fitting. I called the store to order the dress I was fitted for. The dress arrived...right size...but wrong style. I took the dress back to the store. The manager informed me that they could not take it back or exchange it for the right style because I ordered it online...which I never did..I called the store to place my order...customer service answered and ordered my dress online. Been to the Springfield store twice completely disappointed will never go back was ignored they were overbooked we left after 10 minutes I don't believe they knew we were ever left never heard anything from them since wasn't a happy experience it was miserable obviously since I was asked several times who the bride was their not interested in women over 40 who have finally found their one and only apparently we shouldn't be getting married
Love the lady that helped me with my alterations today. Very professional and patient. Now, the -2 stars it is because the alteration are actually too expensive. 50% of my dress' value!!!
I am from Loris, SC and my mother and I went today to find my wedding dress. My appointment was at 12 well just because of the person I am I was late, I didn't get there until 12:30. The consultant that was helping me had an appointment with someone else at 12:30, instead of turning me away she helped both of us at the same time. This store is an absolute joke & I hate to write negative reviews but I briefly went in to browse in summer of 2016. I was only planning on doing bridesmaid dresses at the time & should have just stuck with my plan to purchase my dress from Alfred Angelou & then get the bridesmaids dresses I liked from there after a trip to try on bridal dresses. Ultimately I decided to use DB b/c I would be in Puerto Rico during the bulk of the planning phase and I like the idea of having a store close by. This has been the worst experience... read more

Came here with my daughter looking for a wedding dress. Got the worst sales associate ever who followed her own agenda, did not listen to what my daughter wanted, would go off to find accessories to a dress she didn't even want rather than offer her more dresses to try... Absolutely the WORST first experience ever ! If I could give a minus 5 it would be too generous...
