The customer service was terrible. My mother wanted a MOB dress and not once did they help her. They gave her a change room and walked away. I wanted shoes to go with my wedding dress and no one helped me find shoes or sizes. I would not recommend them at all. I guess unless I'm spending thousands of dollars on a wedding dres you are not worth their time.
No customer service. We did our own shopping. Put us in a dressing room that you couldn't get out of.
DO NOT GO TO THE MANHATTAN NY, 6TH AVE LOCATION ! Horrible service. one person with 3 brides. No help given, felt like I was in the way of the other 2 brides despite the fact that I made an appointment for bridal service. Unprofessional, rude, not sincere (every dress was "gorgeous", "stunning" or "breathtaking"even if it was 3 numbers too big and I looked like a ragdoll in it). When we walked in, it was absolutely PACKED which wasn't the issue. The problem was the fact that the staff were overwhelmed, not helpful in the slightest and condescending. Coming from a boutique shop to here was a laughable experience. I ended up doing up the dress of the girl next to us and pulling dresses myself, even when they asked us not to. Don't waste your time!!
They are amazing. Very understanding, easy to ork with, and happy people. I love mh dress and the ones for my girls so far. They are great. I recommend them all the way.
The very first time I went it actually wasn't a bad experience, it was every time after that. I was shopping for my wedding dress and had booked an appointment a month in advance. I got put in a room that is right in front of alterations so I had people(employees) always walking into me and not caring. There was absolutely no where for my family to sit, so the had to stand for an hour while holding my new baby. Highly disappointed. They switched the styles of my bridesmaids dresses, then overcharged another bridesmaid for her dress. Then, after making me pay for the $10 for the screw up of the styles (one style was $10 more), they lost all of the bridesmaids addresses. I am very upset with their service and incompetence. I am wondering if I should take my business elsewhere.
Went to David's today with my mother, after signing in, was left standing there at least 20 mins. No I didn't have an appointment, but I was told someone would be right with me, then several stylist wherr walking by, I asked one while I waited could I browse the dresses for ideas. Was told NO I can not touch any dresses, its a liability...... However, I seen other customers browsing.
