My daughter made an appointment and when we got there we stood at the entrance for almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Then the girl said boy we're busy. They were so over booked. Was awful!!! My friend was looking for a dress and they kept giving her sizes that was way to big for her and then she fell in love with a dress and it was to much to be altered. They were over booked and WAY OVER PRICED!!!

Horrible customer service. The Richmond location on West Broad Street ordered the wrong dresses, took payment, and now the corporate office refuses to provide a refund for their mistake. This decision was made by the "Executive Management" team who refused to discuss this decision with the customers. Do not trust this company when planning for such an important, special day.

My youngest daughter along with my two older daughter went to the store yesterday. Our appointment was at 1:30pm, we were told our consultant was still with another appointment and she would be with us shortly, to look at dresses and take pics of the ones she liked. 30 min later we were told we were going to be doubled up with someone else and she should start pulling dresses. 15 min later we still didn't have a dressing room and did not know where the consultant went. I was shopping for a jr bridesmaid dress and a mother of groom dress. Luckily I did a lot of research on the website because even though I made an appt the associate was very rushed, didn't stay with us while trying on the dresses. Even though we purchased our dresses it was not a pleasant experience.

Luckily I'm have an awesome group of bridesmaids and they all agreed on a dress and color which helped. However the wrong style number was written down which was discovered when one of the girls went to order and on top of that they seem to have lost all the information including the dress we picked..... second time I've had trouble first time regarding a bridesmaid dress I had purchased myself.
My mom called me in tears after leaving this location. The employees were talking about her while she was in the dressing room. It made my mom embarrassed and ashamed of her size. How dare you!
Over crowded. Not enough seating to accommodate. No water or champagne served to bride while she shopped. Restroom was disgusting and smelly. Soap dispenser in the restroom was taken off the wall, no soap to wash your hands.
